Of utmost importance in the recruitment process is the initial interview conducted by an administrative staff member or RN to ascertain the applicants full professional profile. Education and training, credentialing and experience, and suitability for private duty nursing and home care are explored & evaluated during the interview process. License verification of our professional staff is run through the Department of Professional licensing. Background checks (fingerprinting) and certificate authenticity are performed on all non-licensed  personnel before they can be placed in the client's home.
